Chandigarh to Beat Plastic Pollution
In June 2018, the theme of the swatch Baharat mission was beat plastic pollution, in lieu of the same Chandigarh Municipal Corporation conducted various anti plastic raids and awareness drives. Various other steps such as nuked nataks, cycle rallies, walk and talk sessions were organized throughout the Union Territory in an event organized by Punjab State Council for Science and Technology in collaboration with the National Diversity Society.
